Still remember that you are insulating worse than before and in my opinion are probably driving up your already likely high heating costs. This energy issue is much more interesting! We have "only" an old KfW 70 house, but our energy consumption is significantly better than neighbors with a KfW 55 prefab house. It's a matter of the overall system and not just a small component.

I still believe that your calculation is wrong... simply because you don't heat 24 hours a day for 365 days... that's a few euros saved, but an underfloor insulation will probably never pay off...

Why do I still find the houses, where the KFW calculation is carried out by the seller, so suspicious?

What’s that about 0.20 EUR? You pay 20 cents for one kWh thermal energy? More like 5-6 cents, right? Take 0.06 EUR and 180 heating days and you get about 30 EUR per year. That’s also just a rough estimate (and maybe the exhaust air heat pump even costs more than 6 cents - compared to an old-fashioned gas heating ), but it’s probably closer to reality.
