Thank you very much for the explanations.
The OSB with the MDF boards screwed crosswise is because 10 mm underfloor heating pipes are to be laid into the MDF board.
I have about 5 cm of build-up height available from the top edge of the beams. Otherwise, all door lintels no longer fit the DIN standard and I would have to adjust all doors or live with reduced passage height.
Old stock: floorboards nailed directly to the beams and partially glued strip parquet on top.
I expect at least a significant improvement in impact sound insulation.
That I won’t reach the level of a new building with concrete ceilings... OK, it is what it is.
I have been thinking about the implementation for 2 years and keep reading one thing or another from time to time.
I hope I am not completely on the wrong track
If anyone has any additions: bring them on...
Otherwise, I will get back to you when I have first insights from my construction strategy.
