If all three have it, something else must be wrong. LEDs that dim this poorly don’t exist anymore today. And I can’t imagine that Paulmann installs such a crappy dimmer.

I wouldn’t know what. Other LEDs in the house don’t show the problem.

Connect the Paulmann, for example, to a UPS so that you have a clean voltage. If it still flickers, the problem is with Paulmann. If not, it is your electrical system.

By circle I meant rather the phase or same conductor.
With non-dimmable [devices] the flickering problem does not occur.

That is probably true. Since the Circle-Spots are not dimmable, I might try using those after all.
