Dear forum members,
I am looking for the exact roof structure of my house extension (approx. 25 m²), but so far I cannot find anything concrete under the following conditions: flat roof 3%, intermediate rafter insulation 24 cm beam. I want to use a (diffusion-open) plastic roofing membrane (approved as hard roofing) without ballast (possibly also double-layered). So far, I have only found those with ballast or mechanical fastening; is there also one with adhesive bonding (on roof sheathing 25-30 mm solid wood or OSB)? On the room side, a moisture-variable vapor barrier and as insulation I want material with moisture storage capability, e.g. cellulose (but blowing-in is not possible). At 24 cm build-up height, the insulating effect is not quite as important. Does anyone know of cellulose insulation in mat form with small widths, as cutting is very time-consuming and the beams sometimes have to be very close together (clear dimension approx. 40-50 cm). Or alternative insulation for this. Many thanks for tips.
