Flat roof or shed roof

What do you like better? With a shed roof or with a flat roof?

I would have said flat roof at first because I can't stand these Tuscan cuts. But in the graphics, the flat roof wins, as if something is missing. What goes on the flat roof? Gravel? A flat roof gives the whole thing a touch of modernity. Still, I tend to prefer the shed roof.

The "modern" character with the flat roof was also desired and had not been up for discussion until now. Unfortunately, despite the §34 area and clear legal situation, the municipality has announced that it may not grant municipal consent for a flat roof.

Therefore, we had a shed roof planned and were surprised that it actually looks quite good. Tuscany is a no-go for me; it should not be that!

In terms of durability (snowy area at 550m), it would probably also have advantages.

Only the garage view is not quite right! It has a kind of "high forehead."

The software is unknown to me, as it comes from the GÜ.

I even find the garage with a shed roof quite successful! I think a shed roof has more advantages and looks more harmonious :)
