First buy a plot of land or start building immediately??

Hello, I am new here in the forum but so far I couldn't find anything on the topic. It is about that we intend to build a house in 2-3 years. We have also already saved equity. Currently there are very nice building plots here, only I am wondering what is cheaper. First buy a building plot and build on it after 2-3 years or buy the land and have it built immediately. Or whether you get a complete package cheaper from a construction company. I would be very grateful for answers from you. Regards

Thank you for the info, that makes sense :) Now we only have one problem, namely that this is a super great plot of land, but all the connections have only been laid to the neighboring property and not directly to the respective plot. Will there be significant additional costs or will it be manageable?

Depending on the distance of the public sewer to the plot / the house to be built from the property boundary, between EUR 8,000 and 12,000 for sewer, water, gas, and electricity.

Then subtract the amount given to you from the costs mentioned in my last reply and you should have a rough idea of the total effort you need to calculate.
