Financing: Registered land charge vs. recorded land charge

So do the advantages outweigh in this case?! I just find it strange that the advisor told us it was cheaper with the bond. But according to Google and others, that's not the case at all.

It doesn't matter what you do. However, if the bank wants to offer you a loan with an interest rate fixed for more than 10 years, it can probably only do so within the cooperative financial network. And for that, or exclusively for that, it must have the registered land charge. Both are land charges. The registered land charge just costs a few euros. Otherwise, neither one nor the other option is better or worse.

And if you receive the letter many years after the loan repayment - DO NOT THROW IT AWAY! Seriously, file it carefully. No one likes [Aufgebotsverfahren]!
