So...

Now I can finally report completion. It got a bit more expensive, a different property.
There is a lot to do.

Interest 1.25% effective with 15 years full repayment. (Damals hiess es, weiter runter gehts nicht mehr)

Regards

Ha - when I just read the thread, I thought: 2.67% p.a. at 15 years fixed interest. I don’t find that all that great. So why is that praised as a great interest rate?
Then I got to the bottom and realized the thread is already 1.5 years old .
Great interest rate, although I would have reconsidered Musketier’s note about special repayments and the possibly shorter term / fixed interest period (OK – you might have that though).

Hi Mr. Neighbor ;)

Congratulations! I was just wondering about "2.67% p.a. is great" when I saw the creation date from 2013 - how much interest rates have changed...

Wouldn't someone like to save themselves the upcoming negative interest rates and provide us with 250k (preferably also 300 ;)) at 0.01%? :D
