I am in the same situation as you.
The Sparkasse also wants to "push" me a building savings contract for 75,000 euros with the LBS.
Whether this is financially worthwhile with the current conditions of the LBS building savings contracts has been occupying me for weeks. (möchte in 1 bis 3 Jahren bauen)
The bank employee always talked about securing interest rates, although no one can say whether the interest rates will actually rise significantly again.
(nicht zu vergessen sind die Anschlussgebühr und die Kontoführungsgebühren bei einer Guthabensverinsung von mickrigen 0, 1%)
I already have 3 older building savings contracts, which today are all not suitable for financing due to the high loan interest rates. :/
