Yes, be glad that you have such great land prices and more money left over for the house. I certainly won’t pay these lousy prices willingly, and I would also prefer a bit less debt... that’s just how it is. I think people will soon get used to the high mountain. And hey... who can say they are a millionaire? ... even if only a millionaire in debt.

By the way, I didn’t mean to create a bragging thread here... I’m just happy about the really good financing terms.
