You guys are really so cool. Here an online calculator is being searched for and NO ONE helps. First, nicely tell again why this and that doesn’t work or just spit out "Excel" in the "draw the Rest of the f****** owl" style.

you are not allowed to link or refer here, but just google "profitool Baufinanzierung" the first result should bring you to a very detailed calculator where you can set repayment rate changes and special payments exactly by date

You don’t need a calculator for that. The question of the OP is what he can afford now. And for that, you still don’t need a calculator. It only spits out what the loan costs. But not whether the OP can afford it.
