Financing an existing property with energy class A+

thanks for your feedback. Currently, we have been outbid and therefore I don’t know if it will work at all.

I lack the experience to know whether the stated completion costs are realistic or optimistically calculated. In case of doubt for the sale, of course, the latter.

May I post the documents here?
