Hello everyone,

we intend to buy a semi-detached house for €280,000, plus additional costs of about €16,000.

We would have €55,000 - €60,000 available as equity.

I would calculate with an income including child benefits of €3,500 net.

What do you think, is that enough to ensure secure financing?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Hello,

You can demonstrate just over 20% equity, have a fairly high income. It actually looks quite good. Of course, the costs would need to be calculated precisely in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises later.

Hello,

The additional costs are set too low, €30,000 - €35,000 are realistic; to be considered in your financing ;)

Best regards

Windsor, don't you have to pay a broker?

Yes, but I think that despite the higher costs, the financing should ultimately be feasible. Or do you see it differently?

It looks similar for me, but I'm thinking about a €230,000 house. That makes me feel positive : )
