Financing a house?

Hello, I have a question regarding the financing of a house (just to get an overview):

Key data:
- Costs approx. 400,000
- Equity approx. 100,000
- 2 children, married
- approx. annual gross income 70,000
- 2* private life insurances, 2* pension insurances available

Question: How much do I have to pay approximately at most monthly (currently approx. 870 euros rent) or can I also include the LV/RV, Riester etc.?

the monthly rate for financing 300,000 EUR is approximately 1,200 EUR per month (assumed mixed interest rate of the financing 3.70% + 1% repayment).

Your LV´s can possibly serve as a repayment substitute. However, a more detailed plan is required due to the complete insurance benefits.
