Hello everyone,
first of all, thank you very much for the many responses.
I think that building a house should be feasible with a calculable risk.
We also want to get advice from our house bank soon to find out whether the financial framework fits our expectations at all.
What about Schufa entries, actually, I have heard that creditworthiness decreases if you request too many offers, which is currently discouraging me a bit.
The building area where we want to build is not yet developed either, the responsible clerk of the municipality believes that those willing to build can start building at the latest in spring 2018. Therefore, building the house can only be realized in 2018.
Greetings to the forum
