Final road construction: Possible defects and procedure?

What does the municipality say about it? They must have someone responsible for the project. Maybe just send an email to the department, the access point.

I would rather look into the council’s citizen information system to see which committee is responsible and contact those members who do not belong to the department head’s party ;-)

We have something like that here in the area as well. The executing "Romanian" company is now insolvent, the botched work was fixed by another company, the additional costs are being passed on. I pass by two or three spots daily with my bike and still see the joint patterns.

By now, improvements are probably being made from time to time, but I still don't see any real construction progress. But let's wait and see.

But you are currently. It seems to me that you all have now finished building your house, have mastered all the ups and downs, and now the last construction site is being done sloppily. That may be a welcome change for all neighbors in the evening. Be that as it may: in the end it will be checked.
