Final invoice for shell construction (200 sqm, clinker, without basement, roof) ok?

Hello!
Is a final invoice for the shell construction (single-family house without basement, slab 160sqm, 202sqm screed, 758sqm plaster with gable roof, brick) amounting to a gross 205,249€ normal?
Is a construction steel price of 1€ per kilo okay for 4472kg?
There are also 3119 skilled worker hours at 40€ each, so 124,760€, included. Can all this be correct?
