Hello jamguy, I do not understand your reference to the VOB/C. On the one hand, it is not clear whether the contract was concluded under VOB law at all (usually contracts under the Building Code exist), on the other hand the VOB/C only contains the measurement rules and technical requirements (DIN). I would like to understand the connection between the final invoice of an architect and the VOB/C, maybe you can briefly explain it to me – you never stop learning...

I would like to understand the connection between an architect’s final invoice and VOB/C, maybe you can briefly explain it to me – you never stop learning...

It also mentions partial payment agreements for completed construction phases. But the final invoice is certainly only due after acceptance of the construction, right?
