Feedback on the planning for a 4-person family desired!

We have not considered cleaning so far, of course - we definitely need to address that again. The costs for the windows are worth it to us for a beautiful view of the greenery and very bright rooms. The ideas for the variable use of the basement, the redesign of the pantry, and the room layout in the granny flat are already on the list...
