We currently have the same problem. Do you perhaps still have this order number that worked?Update: Found a different number for the plate to which the hinge is attached in MY Värde manual: 109 397. No idea where the Ikea employee got the other number from. Was able to order it and it has already been delivered and installed. Thanks for the help anyway...
