Facade renovation: Which reinforcement, which coating?

I want to renovate my facade. On numerous plaster cracks, a mesh will be fully plastered and the facade painted.
Now I have been offered two systems.
1. Mesh is plastered with SM 700 pro. At the same time, the SM 700 pro serves as the top plaster. Finally, it is painted twice with silicone resin paint.
2. Mesh is plastered, then a tinted top plaster Krönung 2mm is applied.

Option 1 is about 15 percent cheaper. Does anyone have experience with method 1 or see any disadvantages?

SM700 is fiber-reinforced and quite durable. With silicone resin paint, water runs off better (dries faster) and green deposits are inhibited. Colored plaster has the advantage that if, for example, a scratch is caused by a parked bicycle, there is almost no color difference. Both are good; I would personally choose option 1 but not because it is cheaper.

SM 700 or SM 700pro? That stuff is really good and also approved for the base area. As a top plaster, the SM700 might be enough, it is also available tinted.

SM 700 is clearly finer in grain compared to a plaster with 2mm grain. Depending on the color tone, fine hairline cracks become more visible despite reinforcement underneath. Have you seen a sample of both base plasters? The appearance differs significantly, and depending on the surface, one or the other is recommended.
