Dear builders,
we have concluded a developer contract for the construction of a terraced house.

The notarial contract also includes a design manual.
There, the buyers are "obliged" that the garbage bins "must" be placed behind the house.

Is this binding, or can it be done differently?

If it were binding, who would then have the right to sue if it is not followed?

Does anyone have experience with this?

Thank you very much and greetings from Cologne
Simon

If they have to and it is stated in [Rechtsverträglichkeit]?? The buyer next to you might want them in the back

Ok, the neighbor next to me might have something against it, does he also have the right to demand it from me?

The developer will coordinate the row houses and design them with little individuality. What does it look like?

The design framework is part of the notarial contract that you sign.

Are you sure you want to buy/build something where you have to arrange yourself with neighbors and their rights?

I’ll put it this way: you are not OBLIGED to do anything except die. If you want to live in a group, then you should be willing to follow the rules.

Don't understand the question? The picture clearly shows where the trash bins are located?
