Hello everyone,
the construction company has finally started with the basement and the floor slab is finished. Our inspector immediately noticed a few things:
- Stirrups for triple walls were attached irregularly, protrude unevenly into the floor slab, have very different spacing between the stirrups and among each other.
- The Pentaflex joint sheets have contact with the reinforcement in places, change reinforcement sides, protrude to different heights from the concrete, are only secured at the joints, the joint bonding is of varying lengths, the joint sheets are unprotected in some places.
My question now: How serious is this? What needs to be done?
Best regards and thanks in advance for the help, wanderjupp
