as Steffen already says, it depends on how the net income from you was calculated. The bank looks at the last 3-5 years of the profit and loss statement, where all items from the business can be seen at a glance. If you have calculated correctly, the ~2,400€ should already include car, mobile phone, health insurance, possibly pension contributions (I'm not sure right now whether lawyers are required or voluntary members of a chamber!?) and occupational disability insurance etc.
If your husband has an office with equipment and, for example, leasing contracts for IT, car, office equipment, software, or similar, the banks also see from the leasing score whether the installments are paid regularly. The profit and loss statement also shows what operating assets he has. He must also have a business account and therefore a contact person in the business customer department of his bank. I would first go there and get a status update, because that person can see at a glance what your husband’s yearly sales are and how they have developed.
