Experiences with DTW Construction Financing

this looks like an excellent offer. Did you take out the loan with them? I also plan to consult the DTW. Can you share your further experiences – would you recommend the DTW?

Our documents are currently being reviewed by the bank, let's see if everything works out. An acquaintance just told me the offers are so good because DTW waives part of the commission.
