Experiences with BG Bau during inspection?

who here has experience with BG Bau? We are due for an inspection of the helper hours with a visit to the new building. Actually, due to the current situation, I don't want to let any "strangers" into my home.

-Has anyone already done a written settlement with proof of invoices, etc.?
-What do they want to know from you?
-General experiences with such an on-site appointment?

Yes, I had a visit for an inspection. The staff at the headquarters apparently couldn't handle the fact that I had bought a shell construction and thus part of the work was already done. I then sat there with my thick folder of invoices and other fears (there were indeed some invoices missing in the folder, after all, order is half of life...), but he didn’t want to see any of it. Instead, we unbureaucratically clarified the condition of the building at the time of purchase and which work was still carried out after the building had come into my possession. He then accepted the helper hours I (honestly) reported exactly as stated.

Was short and painless for us. 1st visit we were not there at all.
