Wow!!!

Are you still treating the floor with Farbvertiefer?

I hope you will have a lot of joy with the floor. It looks fantastic - hopefully it doesn't require special care and is stable against cleaning agents!

We have laid just over 100 sqm of granite. I did the impregnation myself, it was hell. We will mop soon with special care products, but in general granite is resistant to cleaners and chemicals. (Im Gegensatz zu Marmor, weshalb wir uns auch gegen Marmor entschieden haben.)

I rubbed the entire floor with a slate oil with color enhancer. It looks really great. Before that, I borrowed a scrubbing machine and scrubbed everything thoroughly once. When mopping, you can easily get caught on the rough surface. But with a relatively thick, fluffy mop it works ; ) You can hardly see any dust and dirt on the floor, even though we haven't paved yet and there is sand and gravel all around the house. Everything else will show with time.

Does anyone have experience with limestone regarding care, wear, etc.? Currently, it is our favorite for the hallway, the kitchen, and the dining room on the ground floor.
