we are currently planning our single-family house with a mono-pitched roof and a 10-degree slope. The first draft envisions a zinc roof, which we don't really like.
Technically, it may be possible to manufacture tile roof shingles in a "low profile" variant. But in my opinion, that looks about as fitting on a 10° mono-pitched roof as a picket fence. Zinc would clearly be my first choice for this roof in terms of shape and slope. However, I do not know what the options for color coatings are. In case the color tone is the reason it doesn't quite appeal.
