We are also five people and also have about 140 sqm and a gas heating system (built in 2016). Our gas bills have always been between 11,000 and 12,000 kWh in recent years. I find 30,000 a bit much.

We have 140sqm built in '63, ceiling well insulated, facade moderate and windows from '94. Our consumption with two children is 20,000kwh. Heating is a new gas condensing boiler. The consumption is SIGNIFICANTLY too high. Possibly a circulation, technical error, or something else. You have to take a closer look.
