But seriously... I wouldn't be so sure in the long run about who owns the mound of earth, whether intentional or unintentional doesn't matter.

Clarify at least in writing.

I wrote to the municipality once, but still no response (that was on Monday) although they had always replied within a few minutes until now. The notary also says to first try to reach the future neighbor... Or the municipality has to tell him... We are going back on Friday because the architect is coming, maybe someone will be on the construction site then.

So my husband called there today... They are currently apparently understaffed... They will get in touch with the neighbor and then get back to us...
