Evaluation of financing offer

We can sell the apartment in a little over 5 years. But of course, we don't have to do it immediately. The lump sum payment is agreed upon now in 8 years. The time should actually be enough to be able to sell without time pressure. If we decide to sell well before the payment date, I'll just invest the money on a short-term basis. In case of splitting the amount into 2 loans as we initially considered, I would have needed a follow-up financing in case something doesn't work out with the sale.
