20Y: greater than 80%:

Nominal interest rate: 2.00 %
Effective annual interest rate: 2.03 %
Monthly installment: €1,687.50
Remaining debt: €173,628
Interest costs: €128,628

I still have the question:
- at what percentage does the woman work?
- tax declaration classes are already 3/5?

best regards

A similar scenario to ours (429k loan). Otherwise almost identical.

For example, we had an offer from hv (via Klein) with 2.77% repayment / 25 years fixed interest (virtually no residual debt) and 2.06% nominal interest rate. Installment 1730 €. The same product was more expensive at Interhyp, so compare multiple options.

Stay away from the combo products.

We completed our financing this morning, VR Bank in conjunction with Schwäbisch Hall was the 3rd of three requested with the worst offer for us.

The best was Sparda Bank through Dr. Klein. Definitely go there or Interhyp.

We have an annuity loan (Sparda Bank), total amount 350 K€ with fixed interest rate for 15 years 1.66% nominal interest (1.69 effective); repayment 3.5%.
