Error in the wrapping on the sliding door - defect or not?

Hello everyone,
we had glass lift-and-slide doors installed with white on the inside and anthracite on the outside. Now we have the following problem. When I stand outside and open the sliding door, the door on the vertical frame is white foil and not anthracite like the other three profiles. My window installer says that is normal. Even though it is clearly the outside for me and not part of the interior. I think he no longer wants to remove the door because it would be too much effort for him.
How do your sliding doors look?
