Well, if you look closely, you can already see joints in the edge areas that look as if they have only recently cracked. But especially the settlements in the second picture look like they have existed for a longer time due to the discoloration of the joints.

I find it an exciting topic... especially since the insurers often take a closer look there

I can only agree with the previous speakers. Without prior photos, you will hardly be able to achieve anything. Many companies also have corresponding clauses in their contracts that the construction site can be accessed with the appropriate equipment. Any protective measures would then have been at your expense.

It's anyway public property and, in my opinion, has nothing to do with you. You can complain to your municipality about it. Or is it a private road?
Sorry to say, but such emails always go straight to our trash or get printed out and pinned on the board where people make fun of them. :D
It's also always funny when some green strips are declared as "flower meadows" and you allegedly aren't allowed to store excavation material there. It's phenomenal what people come up with.
What will be built next to the ruin? If something new is built, you can forget about the current condition anyway.

This is a normal driveway and not a road to the industrial area. You can compact it however you want. If you roar over it with 10+ tons, it'll settle.

That's how I know it too.
