hi! as with all things, the so-called energy-saving lamps have advantages and disadvantages. what is important, I think, is that you use them correctly. then there are no disadvantages. if you turn fluorescent lamps on and off very often, their lifespan is drastically shortened. best regards, listchecker :)

Do you mean fluorescent tubes by Kontaktstoffleuchtlampen? If so – do they really break quickly from being switched on and off often? So rather not for the kitchen at home? ;-)

hello,

when I moved into the apartment where I now live, there were only energy-saving bulbs in the lamps. but the light was so dim that I replaced them. I think if you make sure to only turn on the light when you need it, then you can do without these energy-saving bulbs.
