Hi

We are currently still planning for ourselves and estimating the prices for our plans.

If solar, heat pump, electric shutters, wallbox are retrofitted and a few new or additional sockets are to be added throughout the house.
Would you expect a completely new electrical installation in the house? So all cables removed, fuse box, etc.?

If the E. Anlage is about 30 years old, then get rid of it.

Definitely new. When this was planned and built, only a fraction of today's power was transmitted through the lines. Forty years ago, there might have been 3KW peaks. Today, you reach that amount just by turning on the kettle. Of course, it is complex and creates mess. But being negligent here now will come back to haunt you later.

And if you redo the electrical work, then also think about proper network cabling.
