All right, thank you very much... It would be interesting to know from when a value starts that is beyond good and evil, e.g., a kind of loft or empty factory that some use as living space, where people then always say that it is just too expensive.

Earlier the scale went up to 400 in the red zone, now from about 250 it is already red... somewhat misleading.

That has already been well answered.

I don’t have the value for kfw55 (good "standard new build") on hand right now, but it should be around 50-60. A top renovated older building with all possible upgrades is around ~100 (new roof, triple glazing, hollow wall filled with insulation, new heating system, etc.).
Houses starting from about 150 have significant insulation needs. At 250 the house is practically uninsulated, and at 400 even the most basic things are missing (basically like windows left ajar).
