Hello!
I am new here and have a quick construction question:
We are starting to build our single-family house in October. The house has a 50 cm brick wall and no controlled residential ventilation. We have now had a free energy consultation, and the lady said that the back wall (north) and side wall (west) of the living room (where the couch is supposed to be) are very poor in terms of energy performance and will always mold. She said that the door to the office should be moved from the right side to the left side, and the couch then also to the right side, and then everything will be fine.
Is there an "expert" here who also knows about this topic? Redesigning now just based on one opinion is a bit too little for me.
Many thanks in advance
Best regards Philipp
