Hello,
we received the energy certificate today and are wondering how to interpret it and how to understand the result, respectively how to classify ours with KfW (70,55,40, etc.).
We built a detached single-family house following the Energy Saving Ordinance applied for in 2016. The most important relevant equipment in this case: air-water heat pump, controlled residential ventilation, triple-glazed windows, insulated roof, aerated concrete 36.5, basement on the side and insulated floor, wood stove with 5.6 kWh max. power (a small heating contribution from the wood stove was also included, which apparently is only permissible with the minimum building standard but would likely be excluded with KfW).
Now the result:
Final energy demand: 20.4 kWh/(m²*a) (A+)
Primary energy demand of the building 29.3 kWh/(m²*a) (requirement value primary energy demand 48.4 kWh/(m²*a) (A/A+))
Procedure according to DIN V 4108-6 and DIN V 4701-10
Air tightness test n50=0.68
Fulfillment level of the requirements according to Renewable Energy Heat Act = 278.8 %
What does this mean? Is this now "KfW 55" standard or even better? What would, for example, come out for a passive house?
Thanks!
