Hello,
attached is an excerpt from our thermal insulation certificate.
Is this good? Where do we stand here, to roughly compare to KfW 70, 55, etc.?

Hi,

....this is not a thermal insulation certificate. It is an energy performance certificate ;)

not a KfW-70.......so nothing special

It is a snippet... Why is that not something special? For 260 sqm, that is good, right? Can I roughly calculate the heating cost consumption based on these values?

Hello,
Final energy consumption according to the energy certificate 19 kWh/m²a.
So with 260 m² this would be 4940 kWh; i.e. approx. 500 liters of heating oil, or 500 m³ of gas
conversion factor approx. 10
