Electricity was temporarily cut off - How to take action against the landlord?

Now, who can understand that... I can't. But just saying: if I were a landlord (and I will be someday), I would also cut services quickly. No landlord has anything to give away... whether right or wrong... You are using an apartment, construction and maintenance are very expensive, and it should be clear to you that the rent has to be paid. Sitting it out for a few days, just because a date wasn’t marked, is cheeky, but definitely not worthy. There are some disagreements with you somewhere... and if I read between the lines, you are not completely innocent there. If I am wrong about you now, sorry, but that’s how it reads! :)
