my electrician is unfortunately still on vacation, so I am hoping for a quick answer here.

What kind of power cable must be run from the supplier’s cable, in our case [Süwag], to the distribution box in the basement?

You mean the thickness? Your network operator knows that - do you want to concretize KG pipes yourself? I would first talk to the supplier to see if they accept that - normally they do everything, i.e. the entry into the house.

They didn't do anything there at all - then they can't complain either ;)

Laying and selecting the cable is the responsibility of the network operator, who also installs the meters and makes the connection.

Does a multi-utility connection come into your house, or do you install individual entries?

Yes, after the electrician submits the application, stating the required number of kW after prior calculation. Without application and calculation, the supplier cannot take any action.

Nonsense - with a single-family house you have a standard connection anyway - the application is made by the builder themselves - an electrician has nothing to do with it.
