I would plan that with the architect. If he understands a bit about the "inside" as well, he will make a good contribution. Regarding the routing of cables, he can then coordinate the electrical planning with the other trades. Basically, only he can do that and in my opinion, it is very valuable (I know the case without overarching planning). In any case, the electrotechnical details are then the responsibility of the master electrician.

That's right, we were there today and a draft was already in place. It is now also clear to me why that is sensible. For example, we have determined exactly where ceiling spots should go. The necessary boxes for this are taken into account directly when ordering the precast ceiling.
At a later date, we might not have been able to implement some detailed solutions anymore – or only with subsequent makeshift work.
