Electrical installations for self-performance - What can be done on your own?

Since I am currently planning my own home, I am asking myself regarding my potential savings which tasks I can perform myself. For most tasks related to interior construction or the building of the house, I only feel capable of minor assistant activities. However, since I have completed training as an industrial electrician as well as further education as an electrical engineer and have been working in this field for 12 years, I would like to carry out the house electrics myself as far as possible. Since I have no experience in the area of house electrics, I am wondering which activities I can perform myself and which I should rather leave to someone with the necessary basic knowledge?

You can drill the boxes, slot them, pull cables. if necessary also clamp... Also the entire NV part (doorbell, telephone, LAN, SAT, possibly smart components)

The control cabinet, meter and commissioning should/must be done by the professional.

But you probably need them anyway for the construction power.

When planning, remember that the grounding must be carried out by an electrician or under the supervision of an electrician. This ensures that the grounding is done according to standards. The times when the bricklayer simply laid a ring band made of stainless steel or zinc into the foundation and that was good are long gone. It is not enough with just this ring.!
