Electrical connection in the bathroom or for a mirror cabinet

I am currently planning the electrical work in our shell construction.

Now I have reached the bathroom and we would like to install a mirror including lighting.

Now my question

1. At what height do I install a flush-mounted box? There are installation zones but I can't find a height for the bathroom
2. Do I install a socket controlled by a switch located to the right of the washbasin, or do I install a cable with terminal blocks?

Cable with clamp. The cable can be switched via light switch. The cabinets are delivered with cable without plug. The cable must come out of the wall behind the cabinet so that it is not visible when the cabinet is installed. The cabinets have a hollow space at the back for the cable mess.

Cable five core, for continuous current for socket, clock or for a DALI control for dimming (which not all integrated lights can do).
