regarding the drainage plan. It should comply with the regulations. In Germany, there are DIN standards for everything.
Sewer plan under the floor slab with the individual pipes and the routing
- Diameter
- Material
- Slope in %
- Do you have a combined system or a separate system (stormwater and wastewater sewer)
- Where does the roof drain - rainwater pipe
- Can rainwater infiltrate
- Backwater valve in the house
- Mark inspection chamber
- Possibly oil separator necessary
- Height profile indicating the local sewer
- Consider backwater level
