Eco concrete house, an affordable basic version

recently I read this text and this [Ökobilanz] of a precast concrete house by Dr. Hans-Dieter Bottke and I liked both very much. I find the low price in connection with solidity and the [Passivhausstandard] particularly interesting.
What do you think about it?

Are the 30 cm insulation possible because it is double-walled?
