Yes, that may be, I would also prefer bricks, but bricks are not cheap either (unlike free soil + cheap rice sacks). The money factor is more important to me than the time factor.

If you do it alone, then yes. If you hire a construction company to do it, then of course not.

When do you think you will be finished? What costs arise from your own work and the delay? What costs arise from the special arrangements with authorities and specialized engineers – immediately feasible at all (Energy Saving Ordinance ...).
By the way, soil is not free, and you won't be able to fill in just any mud there.

You can also simply make your own bricks. But it is insane to believe that this can be cheaper than an industrial mass product.

I believe that the authorities are the bottleneck. In principle, stacking bags is easier and faster than bricks. There are some case studies on this construction method, although not from DE/AT (but also not only from the 3rd world).

I’m just asking: Fire protection?

I don't think so. I estimate that one Ytong planestone provides as much wall surface as 3 earth sacks, and it is also better insulating, windproof, and above all straight.

The shell construction is the cheapest part of building a house. The finishing trades are expensive. But I assume you don't want running water or even power outlets in your earth hole.
