I don't consider a container necessary during the shell construction phase, I've never seen one either. Sure, some debris accumulates, but it's not a big deal. Usually, there is still a lot of earth moving happening on the property. You can get rid of the few rubble remains there. Of course, no plastic packaging or anything like that, only stone/brick debris.

I agree with that too. you take the small rubble for compacting.

I always have something hard around the house whenever I bury the plants

Our container was emptied 3-4 times during the construction phase.

Empty paint buckets, bitumen buckets, plaster buckets.
Empty bags of concrete, screed, tile adhesive
Tile offcuts.
Bricks (many bricks, no idea what the roofers were doing)
Remnants from cutting KS
Offcuts of drywall boards and rails
All the cardboard in which everything is packed (fittings, sockets, switches)
Y Tong leftovers
Rebar sections
A few bottles of spirits
Clear remnants from the electrician, cable duct remnants, KG pipe remnants.

Next to it stood: A 3/4 pallet of KS that had stood in the rain forever and was then thrown in there as well.
Certainly 30 disposable pallets (mine!) and about 4 cubic meters of construction wood (after it was sawn... also MINE!)
Insulation came in separate bags

Depends on what has been agreed. Obviously, the client is supposed to provide the disposal option here, which was not the case with us. The trades took their stuff with them. Smaller leftovers from own work, etc., go into the trunk in 2-3 trips and were taken to the city recycling center. That was super cheap.

Theoretically, it says in the VOB that everyone has to dispose of their own waste, unless otherwise agreed, right?

But you will constantly experience the difference between theory and practice on your construction site.

VOB belongs to the category "Theory and Practice" much more clearly for private builders anyway
