Clearly divide the property. You build and finance your house, and your father finances and rents out his house. A very clear separation of both businesses. Otherwise, you are also the landlord, your father is not, even though he paid for the house on your property.

Please create a separate thread for floor plans and building services.

Yes, there: (and what is a bug there could be a feature here). No, that’s a good point. A semi-detached house with a shared utility room could definitely be worth considering. Neither would I personally: because if you build a single-family house on 730 sqm of land, it just doesn’t end up on the edge.

so land is still cheap with you? With us, 500m2-700m2 are already "villa plots." The normal plots range between 250m2 and 350m2. To the OP, quite clearly split the plot (if allowed).

Cheap is relative. But yes: a lot of villas are also being built in our area because entrepreneurs from Hamburg move to our suburban belt. On top of that, province... good combo
I just think that new development areas have their predetermined arrangement of individual plots, at least that’s how it is with us.
